We would be more than happy to assist you in ordering your contact lenses. If this was your first visit with complete family eyecare or if you were given multiple contact lens options we would prefer to speak with you before ordering the contact lenses. Please fill in below information and we will contact you shortly to confirm your order or you can call us directly at 952-562-8116. Normally we ship contact lenses directly to your residence at no charge if it is a year supply. If you would rather stop by our office to pick them up, please let us know. Our pricing usually matches or is less expensive than 1-800 Contacts.

Note regarding contact lenses not purchased at our office: All contact lenses ordered through our office have a 100% warranty against any factory defects and are fully exchangeable in case of prescription change. As we cannot control outside supplier’s standards, our warranty and exchange policies do not apply to contact lenses purchased outside of our office.
